Spell Name: Fury Palm
Mind Cost Points: -3
Stamina Deduction Points: -2
Description: Vi gather's wind against her palm, and when an opponent is far away then she can push the air through the ground.
Pros: Stuns her opponent so she can get close enough to do close combat.
Cons: Takes some time to collect the wind, and only gets one chance before she has to collect wind again.

Body/Mind Cost and Stamina Deduction are not for you to decide. I know you're mod, but we have to be fair here; you don't rate your own, I don't rate my own, etc.

For your "Pros" feel free to add that it pushes your opponent away (being a blast of wind and all), you can also keep that stun effect. I would recommend removing that bit about a final attack; that won't always be true in all likeliness.
